Calories Not Eaten or Saved

I am totaling up the number of calories I did not eat this week, including numerous snacks and fast food runs I could have made but did not.  In my research I have found literally thousands of opportunities to consume high calorie treats but didn’t.

Smokers may wish to use this approach as well to avoid heart disease and lung cancer by keeping careful track of the cigarettes not smoked each day.

Thus, applying the principles of Obamanomics, my calculations shows that I should have lost approximately 20 lbs this week just in calories not consumed.

We’ll see how this plays out when I got jeans shopping later.
