Chris Matthews Explains Palin’s Book Sales

MSNBC’ Chris Matthews on why Palin’s book sold 700,000 copies in it’s first week:

Just because they b0ught it doesn’t mean they readed (sic) it.  Some people will buy it for iconic reasons, just to have it on their shelves  . . .

That certainly makes sense.  Nothing will enhance a liberal elitist’s standing with his peers like having a copy of Going Rogue lying around.

I daresay magazines on bestiality would be considered less obscene by the left.

By the way, Chrissy, didn’t you write some kind of book once?  It sold like, what 11 copies?

As an author, I can tell you that if someone buys my book for strictly “iconic” reasons, I can live with it.
