Ok this is my theory: Obama was sent back to Hawaii at the age of 10... right ? His Grandmother would have had the means to put him in a private school.... he was behind ,so they put him in the third grade. BUT that mean he was born in 1959.... his birthday date is Aug. 4th, .... Hawaii was added to the Union... Aug 21,,, 1959.So that means he could have been born out of the country ?
