Court Smacks Obama Down Again

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Obama administration’s repeated request to destroy jobs in the Gulf Coast.  You may recall, the administration suffered a humiliating smack down by Judge Martin Feldman, who went beyond denying Ken Salazar’s poorly drafted and entirely illogical moratorium.  Judge Feldman made a point of chastising the government for it’s ill advised, “arbitrary and capricious” waste of taxpayer time and money.

Of course, they’ll try it again.  But at least we know there are still some judges who respect the law.
