Obama Declares Other Two Branches of Government Irrelevant

Baffled over his inability to get his boss’s  agenda passed; despite unstoppable majorities in both houses of Congress, President Obama has determined that America can get along just fine without three branches of government.

“With much of his legislative agenda stalled in Congress, President Obama and his team are preparing an array of actions using his executive power to advance energy, environmental, fiscal and other domestic policy priorities.”

Now that the American citizenry has made itself utterly clear in its collective repudiation of the Soros-Obama agenda, the president is prepared to act on his own without meddlesomeness by Congress or the bothersome American people.

Former ballerina, Rahm Emanuel confirms that the White House is reviewing a list of executive orders and directives “to get the job done across a front of issues.”

The New York Times is concerned, not about a tyrant in the White House, but that overreaching executive orders could leave Obama open to criticism and be subject to future challenges in Congress:

“But Mr. Obama has to be careful how he proceeds because he has been critical of both Mr. Clinton’s penchant for expending presidential capital on small-bore initiatives, like school uniforms, and Mr. Bush’s expansive assertions of executive authority, like the secret program of wiretapping without warrants. “

Apparently, the allegedly Harvard trained Constitutional scholar was absent the day they taught about separation of powers.

“The role of the President under the U.S. Constitution is not to make laws, but simply to execute the laws passed by Congress. Article I, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution begins: ‘All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States.’ If the Constitution mandates that ‘all’ law-making powers reside in the Congress, then it stands to reason none is left for the President. The President’s job is that ‘he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed’ under Article II, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution. ”

In other words, the job of the chief executive is to ensure that laws made by actual law makers are carried out

Obama  has already used his State of the Union address to bushwhack the Supreme Court in his efforts to caponize the judicial branch.  Granted, presidents often take issue with court rulings but they don’t launch full scale strikes:

“First, he attacked the members of the Supreme Court directly, knowing they would be unable to respond.  This does not make him gutsy – it makes him a bully.  Second, he totally and purposefully misread their decision in order to rabble-rouse.  Even FDR did not do that.”  Would that the Commander in Chief show such fortitude against our enemies.

Obama’s plan is to use the time that the senate is in recess to make a slew of appointments;  no doubt we will see the  kind of same superb  nominees to which we have become accustomed who, like the president himself, couldn’t qualify for the lowest level security clearance.

As his fellow Democrats try to separate themselves from their president; Obama is ready to rule the country by executive proclamation.

Our president is determined to fully implement President Clinton’s Executive Order 13175 relating to “Consultation and Coordination With Indian Tribal Governments.” Clinton’s decree coincided with the United Nations’ adoption in 1997 of the Declaration of the “Rights of Indigenous Peoples.” The USA and Canada voted against adoption, and this may help explain why President Clinton waited until the very end of his term to quietly issue the Executive Order.

The U.N. Declaration states that the “arrangements between States and indigenous peoples are … matters of international concern, interest, responsibility and character” and proclaims itself “a standard of achievement to be pursued in a spirit of partnership and mutual respect.” Furthermore, the Declaration repeatedly decrees that nation-states must engage in “consultation and cooperation” and implement the Declaration’s principles in the whole range of national policies, such as education, law, labor, media, environment, and natural resource management.

I have long sympathized with American Indians. But, this is flat out wrong. This is just another attempt to break this nation into pieces. I have known and associated with many full blood Indians and have come to believe that they will willingly sign on to this minipulation of Indians in the name of riches and power, and last but not least revenge. I can only “hope” they will look at the other minorities and how the left has trapped them to further the left’s will. This will start wars within our borders at some point. With the UN in control of all Indian nations within our borders and dictating law to America, just how long do you think it will be before this nation as a whole erupts into a racial war. The vision of division of race is just one of barrys’ and soros’ ultimate goals.
