Rauf Pinkie Swears: No Fundraising On Taxpayers’ Dime

The State Department is sending  ”distinguished cleric”, Feisal Abdul Rauf on a jaunt to the Middle East at taxpayer expense.  Our State Department believes that the imam who wants to built a monument to jihad six hundred feet from Ground Zero is the ideal delegate to “help people overseas understand our society and the role of religion within our society.”

This is merely the latest imbecility from  pro-terrorist Soros serf, P.J. Crowley.  Prior to joining his comrades in the Obama administration, Crowley was Senior Fellow and Director of Homeland Security at the Center for American Progress (CAP); a George Soros cabal. 

Crowley has gained opprobrium by way of cretinous comments.  Who can forget his disparagement of Arizona’s immigration law?  As is customary in the current administration, Crowley had not read the actual statute prior to lambasting it.

Highbrow Crowley apologized  to Russia for failing to provide timely notice that we had one of their citizens in our custody on drug charges.  The information went to Romania rather than Russia—hey, who hasn’t done that?  Crowley, straight-faced, divulged:  “We pressed the wrong button on the fax machine, to be brutally honest.”   Predictably, Putin had great fun with it, accusing the United States of “kidnapping”.

Crowley has a long history of denial when it comes to Islamic terrorism. 

Even before the Democratic nominee was chosen, Mr. Crowley was already calling upon President Bush’s successor to drop any use of the phrase ‘war on terror,’ or any mention of the Islamic identity of the terrorists:  ‘The next administration should discard the overly broad frame ‘global war on terror’ and ignore misleading slogans such as ‘Islamo-fascism.’

Like his favorite “distinguished cleric”, Crowley blames the United States for Islamic Jihad.

What exactly defines a ‘distinguished Muslim cleric?’ Rauf helped finance terrorists in Turkey, blames the US and the West for Islamic terrorism, declares Islamic terrorism was caused by ‘humiliating’ and ‘ignoring‘ Muslim World, supports Hamas, expouses ‘religious dialogue’ in the English press but tells the Arabic press,’I don’t believe in religious dialogue’..…and so on.

Lest you were fret, Crowley assures us that Rauf will absolutely, positively not be allowed to solicit donations for the Monster Mosque on his taxpayer-funded adventure.   Somebody should alert the Arabic-language media:

But a London-based Arabic-language newspaper that interviewed Abdul Rauf reported that he says he also will collect money from Muslim and Arab nations around the world — raising the possibility his goodwill mission could help him build contacts in oil-rich states.

As we face a historic tax increase in January, we should all face Mecca and give thanks for the enlightenment  of the Obama regime.
