Republicans for Envirnomental Protection Respond

In response to yesterday’s column, Soros Hearts Cap and Tax:

Ms. Tiz:

 In your article “Soros Hearts Cap and Tax” you repeat an wildly inaccurate claim by FITSNews that Republicans for Environmental Protection (REP) is somehow connected to George Soros. Nothing could be further from the truth.  REP has never received a dime from Mr. Soros, nor will we. REP’s stewardship ethic is rooted in the traditional conservative philosophy espoused by notable conservatives such as Edmund Burke, Russell Kirk, Richard Weaver, Barry Goldwater, Theodore Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan. Hardly company that Mr. Soros would relate to.

 If you are interested in honesty and accurate journalism, you will not repeat this false claim. I am happy to discuss this in greater detail if you wish.
