The Other Branch of Government Speaks

Baffled over his inability to get his boss’s  agenda passed; despite unstoppable majorities in both houses of Congress, President Obama has determined that America can get along just fine without three branches of government.

“With much of his legislative agenda stalled in Congress, President Obama and his team are preparing an array of actions using his executive power to advance energy, environmental, fiscal and other domestic policy priorities.”

Now that the American citizenry has made itself utterly clear in its collective repudiation of the Soros-Obama agenda, the president is prepared to act on his own without meddlesomeness by Congress, the Supreme Court, or the bothersome American people.

Apparently, the allegedly Harvard trained Constitutional scholar was absent the day they taught about separation of powers.

“The role of the President under the U.S. Constitution is not to make laws, but simply to execute the laws passed by Congress. Article I, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution begins: ‘All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States.’ If the Constitution mandates that ‘all” law-making powers reside in the Congress, then it stands to reason none is left for the President. The President’s job is that ‘he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed’ under Article II, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution”.

In other words, the job of the chief executive is to ensure that laws made by actual law makers are carried out

Obama  used his State of the Union address to bushwhack the Supreme Court in his efforts to caponize the judicial branch.  Granted, presidents often take issue with court rulings but they don’t launch full scale strikes:

“First, he attacked the members of the Supreme Court directly, knowing they would be unable to respond.  This does not make him gutsy – it makes him a bully.  Second, he totally and purposefully misread their decision in order to rabble-rouse.  Even FDR did not do that.”

Would that the Commander in Chief show such fortitude against our enemies.

As frightened Democrats ponder whether casting their lot with the Chicago thugocracy was a wise career move, Chief Justice John Roberts spoke out on behalf of the other branch of the government Obama considers superfluous:

“The image of having the members of one branch of government standing up, literally surrounding the Supreme Court, cheering and hollering while the court — according the requirements of protocol — has to sit there expressionless, I think is very troubling.”

Roberts, who actually understands the Constitution, is entirely correct.  What Obama was irked about was the Supreme Court’s proper ruling to uphold the First Amendment.  Obama’s boss, unrepentant Nazi collaborator, George Soros, spent a lot of money sticking us with the unconstitutional McCain-Feingold bill that nobody wanted.  The creation of 527 organizations essentially allowed George Soros to purchase the Democrat Party, albeit somewhat stealthily.

Addressing law students at the University of Alabama, the Chief Justice wondered whether the justices should even bother to attend State of the Union speeches anymore.

“I’m not sure why we’re there.”
