Disheartened Democrats, frustrated by their inability to find violence among Tea Partiers have now turned their boundless supply of venom toward Arizona governor, Jan Brewer—sponsor of the new apartheid and facilitator of the next Holocaust—if one is mindless enough to take Democrat caterwauling seriously.
Governor Brewer, whose state is literally under siege, took the bold step of signing a bill which declares breaking the law to be illegal.
The histrionics from the Left were inevitable. Never known for originality, liberals operate on the quotidian divide and conquer program. Liberals relish assigning humans to groups which they then anoint with special victim status for the purpose of being used in their destructive power schemes. Leftist policies will never be accepted by free people if the people know what they are. Liberals can only get their agenda through if they induce discord and chaos among the populace.
The same herd that firmly believes the federal government has an unassailable right to regulate what you eat, what you drive, the temperature in your house and what you breathe are squealing like stuck pigs because the citizens of Arizona want the federal government to exercise one of the very few powers it legitimately has. In fact, the Constitution mandates that the federal government regulate immigration and protect the individual states against invasion.
Even the Left’s favorite part of the Consitution (and the only one most of our representatives have ever heard of), the interstate commerce clause, can effortlessly be applied to the problem of illegal immigration. A swelling population of immigrants who entered the country without permission, combined with horrific violence in the border areas have an enormous impact on the economy.
Those who claim the Arizona bill is unconstitutional either haven’t read it or are not bright enough to understand it. Even more nefarious are the professional agitators among the Misery Merchant community who choose to misrepresent the legislation.
Has anyone actually read the law? Contrary to the talk, it is a reasonable, limited, carefully-crafted measure designed to help law enforcement deal with a serious problem in Arizona. Its authors anticipated criticism and went to great lengths to make sure it is constitutional and will hold up in court. It is the criticism of the law that is over the top, not the law itself.
York continues:
Critics have focused on the term ‘reasonable suspicion’ to suggest that the law would give police the power to pick anyone out of a crowd for any reason and force them to prove they are in the U.S. legally. Some foresee mass civil rights violations targeting Hispanics.
The new law merely requires that police officers check with federal authorities as to a person’s immigration status, if the officers have stopped that individual for a legitimate purpose. In essence, any detention by law enforcement requires specific articulable facts. This is hardly ground breaking. The police always need a legally supportable reason to detain anybody in the United States, no matter how brief that dentition may be, as when issuing a traffic ticket.
With a large Hispanic population that is growing quickly, the notion that Latinos will be singled out and targeted for harassment is preposterous.
Cretins seeking to make political and economic hay by setting off a civil war are on TV issuing asinine warnings –straight faced–about police officers kicking in motel doors to arrest the maids. These folks must not live in very diverse areas. As one who lives next to two sanctuary cities, I can attest that in large swaths of the Coachella Valley, the only way to make yourself stand out is to be a blonde white woman.
Ignored in all of the artificial panic is the reality of the catastrophic state of our southern borders. Decades of neglect by politicians of all stripes have allowed it to collapse into a war zone. Mainstream media sentiment notwithstanding, motel maids are the least of our worries. Too many smugglers who once had to rely on job seeking immigrants for their incomes have tapped a far more lucrative market—bringing drugs and weapons into the United States across our porous southern border.
Obama’s pal, Hugo Chavez is supporting Hezbollah, with the backing of Iran
He [Chavez]has all the weapons needed to terrorize the U.S., including the capacity to build a dirty bomb–or another biological weapon–and the ability to move money or materials across American borders at will through the 14,000 American gas stations he owns.
If that doesn’t worry you, how about a nuclear Venezuela? According to the Armed Forces Journal:
Russia has developed a budding friendship with Venezuela that keeps getting tighter — and worse for America. Now, Moscow could be putting Chavez on the road to developing a nuclear capability. While Moscow has already sold billions worth of arms to Caracas, the latest deviltry came at a Moscow summit last February, when Russia offered Venezuela assistance in building a nuclear reactor. development of nuclear energy with peaceful purposes, and we already have a commission working on it.
Chavez’s strong ties to Iran combined with his expertise in terrorism should have us sealing our borders post haste. Imagine what Chavez’s minions could be importing while politicians are preoccupied with their internal polling.

SB 1070 would have never had to be signed had we not so many traitorous
Politicians in the United States.
SB 1070 simply means that our immigration laws WILL BE ENFORCED.
Go home illegals we are sick of you!
I read someplace that there are more kidnappings in Arizona than anywhere in the world. Whether that is true or not, I approve of this landmark move. Maybe its the beginning of the end of the leftwing ruination of the country.
The 01 May demonstrations should be a good day to round up a few thousand illegals and immediately deport them. Have the busses ready!
