WaPo Thinks 2d Amendment is New Law

WaPo’s coverage of the Supreme Court’s 5-4 ruling upholding the Constitution starts with the headline: Gun Rights Extended by Supreme Court The gist of the court’s ruling is that the 2d Amendment applies equally to the federal government and the states. By extrapolation, we can assume that includes Chicago.
